At the Sainsbury's 2012 School Games the swimming competition will take place at the Aquatics Centre on the Olympic Park, where later in the year it will play host to the world's elite athletes.
208 swimmers will represent teams from England South, England East, England Central, England North, Ireland, Scotland North and West, Scotland South and East and Wales at the 2012 School Games with disability competition also included.
Like many of her rivals in the pool, Ireland's Ali Berry believes she will be inspired by competing in a venue that will host some of the biggest names in sport at the 2012 Olympic Games.
Ali commented: "Not many people in the world are able to say that they have competed in an Olympic venue and I am very proud to say that I have been given this opportunity to represent my club and country.
"I am delighted to be competing in the venue before the world's athletes take to the water because I can always say I warmed up the pool for them."
Good luck to all the swimmers taking part this year.
